Going to the Emirates Airlines Brisbane Office with my friends was pure bliss! We needed to book a spontaneous holiday, and the Emirates staff were more than helpful in getting us sorted. The office is right in the center of town and is very simple to locate, with a neat and modern design that instantly provides a premium vibe. The crew were very cooperative and polite. One of the crew members did take time out to sit down with us, discuss the options of flights, and recommend the most convenient traveling times and route according to our needs. We had a few special requests with seating and the allowance for our bags, and they were able to make arrangements for all these without any inconvenience. What really impressed me was their active communication. They did not only assist us in the booking but also provided great travel advice on our destination, which made the whole trip planning experience much easier. It was evident that they cared about providing a good experience. My friends and I departed with a clear conscience, feeling that our travel plans were in good hands. If you are in Brisbane and require help with Emirates, I'd strongly suggest paying a visit to this office – you won't be disappointed!
